Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply and to work with you, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet. The details are below.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Chingiz Khantimirov, a sole trader trading as Mirov Partners, based in Auckland, New Zealand ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR.

2. What we collect

• What you send us in the form: your Instagram handle, the contact detail you choose (for example Telegram, WhatsApp, email or phone) and, if you already sell something, a link to your product.
• Messages you send us on Telegram, Instagram or by email, and what we discuss if we work together.
• Public information about your Instagram account and your product page, which we look at to prepare your free plan or audit.
• Basic technical data that our hosting provider automatically records when any website is visited (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time), used only for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools on this website.

Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a way to reach you we can't reply.

3. Why we use it

• to reply to your request and send you what you asked for (ready-made stories, a demand test or a product audit call);
• to review your public profile and product so our advice is relevant;
• if we work together, to plan and run your launch and keep the records the work needs;
• to protect the site and our business, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. We will only message you about your request or our work together.

If you are in the EU or UK: we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the site and reply to you, and only as much as they need:

• Netlify (website hosting and the form);
• Telegram (form requests are delivered to our Telegram account), and Instagram / Meta or your email provider if you contact us there;
• professional advisers (for example an accountant), and authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States and Europe. We use well-known providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.

5. How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your request within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep what's needed for the work and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records (in New Zealand, generally 7 years). Then we delete it.

6. How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to your information is limited to us, and we use reputable providers with their own security measures. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just write to genghis@mirovpartners.com; we reply within 20 working days.

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. If you're in California, note that we don't sell or share personal information.

If you're not happy with how we handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) or, in the EU/UK, to your local data protection authority.

8. Reviews and results on this site

The reviews, screenshots, profile photos and figures shown on this site are published with the permission of the creators they belong to. Parts of the chats not related to the review are blurred. If you are one of these creators and want something changed or removed, write to us and we'll do it promptly.

9. Age

Our services are for adults. If you're under 18, please don't send us your details.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page with a new date. The version you agreed to when sending the form is recorded with your request.
