These terms apply when you use this website. They're short and in plain English. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Chingiz Khantimirov, a sole trader trading as Mirov Partners, Auckland, New Zealand. Contact: genghis@mirovpartners.com.

2. Results and reviews

The reviews and figures on this site are real. They come from specific creators we worked with, describe their first launches, and are shown with their permission. Figures show what those creators earned from their launch, before minor running costs, as they reported to us.

Every audience, niche and product is different, so these results are not a promise or a typical outcome, and your results may be higher or lower. Forecasts, example prices and example figures on the site are estimates for illustration only.

3. Free plan, test and audit

The free stories, demand test and product audit are offered without charge and without obligation. We may decline a request, for example if your audience isn't a good fit, and we only take on a limited number of creators each month.

4. Working together

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. If we work together, the scope, our share of revenue and all other conditions are agreed with you in writing before any work starts, and that written agreement prevails over anything on this site.

5. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about our services. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Your content and ours

The site's design, text and graphics belong to Mirov Partners or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Reviews, screenshots and photos remain the property of the creators who shared them.

7. Links

Links to Telegram, Instagram and other sites are for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. Our services are intended for creators acting in trade, so where the law allows, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
